About the Bride…
Clare grew up in Norwich and moved up to Sheffield for University. She hasn’t left Yorkshire since, living in York and more recently Leeds.
She works for a Town Planning Consultancy in Leeds and in her spare time likes shopping, eating out, drinking lots of wine and running (occasionally!)
About the Groom…
Neil grew up in Selby, North Yorkshire and left home to attend Art College in Scarborough and University in Coventry. He returned to Yorkshire after University and has lived in Leeds ever since.
Neil is a Web Designer for a company in Leeds and is a keen Liverpool FC fan.
How we Met
Clare and Neil met on a night out in York back in January 2005. Their relationship became serious fairly quickly and after 8 months of dating they moved in together to their house in Armley, Leeds.
The Proposal
In true style, Neil’s proposal involved minimal effort. Neil proposed to Clare a few days before Christmas 2007 in bed with a morning cuppa tea! Clare was delighted and said yes.
